RETURN POLICY

Stock bows are accepted for returns within 2 weeks after purchase if the bow is in an unused and resalable condition. If you have received a made to order item you may only return it if the bow is faulty. This decision will be made at the makers discretion. 

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment can be made through the website, Paypal or bank transfer. We are happy to take deposits for orders if you prefer. Deposits are 50% of the total cost of the bow not including shipping. Deposits are not refundable.

WARRANTY

All of our bows come with 1 years warranty against defects in manufacturing.

Our warranty is a sliding scale cover, and is on an ex-works basis. We supply bows all over the world and cannot cover the cost of carriage to and from the workshop as part of the warranty within the price that we charge for our bows.

If the bow has been used in the proper manner that we recommend and it should break/fail due to its manufacturing with it's warranty period we will replace it as follows.

​

0-6 months repair or replace free of charge.

​

6-9 months you will be charged 50% of what you originally paid.

​

9-12 months you will be charged 75% of what you originally paid.

​

Before a replacement is sent the original bow must be returned to Black Arrow Longbows directly for inspection. For any items that that have to be repaired or replaced during or after the warranty period the customer is liable for the carriage.

Your warranty is void if you string the bow without using the stringer provided.
